•
Explain how participants were recruited
o Explain the sampling method we use? And what it means: We used snowball sampling. In the
snowball sampling method, we ask people do do the survey and we ask them to find people
they know to do the survey as well.
o How did we get people to take the survey?
We got people to take the survey by sending them the survey on a Link via email. We asked
them to do the survey, however we could not make them do the survey. The option was solely
on them if they decided to take the survey or not.
o Explain how the participants were compensated.
Participants were not compensated for this survey.

•
Describe each survey, focusing in particular on those that are relevant to your hypotheses (but include

Procedure
•
Explain the entire process of completing the survey. (e.g., setting -> demographic
questions -> etc.):
Students were given the link to the survey in class, and were given 10 minutes to complete
the survey, afterwards they were given instructions to send the survey via email to 10 or
more persons. There was no compensation of participants, and it was solely up to the
participants if they wanted to complete the survey or not.
