You will provide an examination of a legal case study. We will learn about national fair housing laws and you will select a case study from a legal brief. Each case offers licensees unique perspectives on how the fair housing laws affect their obligations as a licensee and to their clients. Instructions for Presentation Case Study
Begin with your name, date, and class number at the top of the paper. Â You must include the headings shown. Â Select 1 of the 3 legal briefs below. Â Watch the case and take notes. Â Then write a brief essay of 4 paragraphs following the template below. Â Each paragraph must consist of 5 complete sentences. Â Each paragraph will include a citation from the reference source. Â Spelling, punctuation, and grammar count! Â Remember to capitalize “I”.
TIP: How to include a multimedia citation: (author last name, time in minutes and seconds). Â Refer to the following examples. Â Also, be sure to copy the website link for the references at the end.
